Our services our available for travel in all regions of the State of California. Our Company is based in Santa Barbara County and specializes in destination weddings from Central Coast California, Southern California, and Northern  California. We are an exclusive Churro Cart provider in many venues in Orange County, Palm Springs and Temecula area. We also travel in some surrounding states such as Nevada and Oregon with limited restrictions.

We currently offer Churros, Hand Twisted Soft Pretzels, Gourmet Cotton Candy, Ice Cream, and Coffee/Hot Chocolate carts. We continuingly add new carts and menu items to our Catering Cart menu. If you have a special request or catering item that you were interested in booking, please let us know as we can usually add and accommodate your request.

In addition to our Churro Carts, we offer other types of food cart catering. As of now we cater - Hand Twisted Soft Pretzels Cart, Gourmet Cotton Candy Cart, Funnel Cake Cart, Popcorn and/or Kettle Corn Cart , Corn/Elote Carts, Premium Ice Cream Cart, and hot/cold Beverage Cart. We are continuously adding new carts and many items to our food cart catering menu. If a food cart you are interested in isn't listed on our menu, contact us so we can create or customize a food cart for your event.

We offer full customization and branding on all our Catering Carts. Our in house Graphic Designer will work with you to create the perfect look that will help integrate your event design into our Catering Service. If you already have camera ready art work available, or an agency that would like to provide the completed wrap, we can send over our art work  specifications and requirements.

Our Catering Carts are commercially designed and fabricated to meet the demands of a wedding or special event. We never use homemade or house hold equipment that is not intended for reliability. High throughput, fast preparation and serving ensure that we can accommodate a large number of guest and eliminate any long lines.

After receiving your event information, we will email you a detailed Proposal that includes Package and Pricing information.

Booking your event date is easy. After you receive our proposal by email, select your package and any add-ons and click the submit button. Once we receive your proposal, we will email you additional information to complete your reservation and access to your Client Portal.

No. We do not require the full payment amount upfront. But, we do require a small percentage upfront to book your event.

All reservations require a non-refundable retainer payment to book your event. This retainer payment amount can range from 25% to 50% of the total balance of your invoice. The remaining invoice balance must be payed within 10 days prior to your event date. Your invoice will reflect the required retainer payment amount and payment schedule for the remaining balance.

We recommend selecting the Catering Package that is at or over your estimated guest count. You will find that many guest will want another serving of our delicious Churros. As part of of our Catering Service, we do factor in a small percentage of overage to ensure that we can accommodate those guest that would like an additional serving.

If you are in the early planning stages of your wedding or special event and do not have an estimated guest count, you may choose the Basic Package to secure your booking. You may upgrade your Catering Package within 30 days of your event date once our guest count has been finalized.
